I am a wedding planner and yesterday I had a coach company cancel on me last minute in the middle of a wedding. Within minutes I received a quote and payment link so the wedding guests had transport home after the wedding and I was a VERY relieved wedding planner.

Throughout the evening the driver communicated with me so I was assured the coach would be on time, and then a message to say he had arrived (30 mins early).
